Gerald began ministering at Grace in August of 2004, together with his wife Bev. He desires that people grow in their faith, strengthen their trust in God, deepen their love for God’s Word and understand it better-how it applies to their lives and how to obey it. His greatest desire is to bring people to a closer walk with Jesus.
Spending time in prayer, organizing life groups, visiting people, teaching and preaching and connecting with people are some of the tasks Gerald is involved in. He loves being in the Word and sharing it with people. If you have any spiritual questions or are in need of prayer, talk to Gerald.
Experience includes pastoral ministry in southern Manitoba, along with eleven years working in West Africa in Bible translation, linguistics, and pastoral ministry.
Gerald has both a B.A. and an M.A. in Biblical Studies, 30 hours of graduate linguistic studies, a Master of Divinity (equiv.), and is a Doctor of Ministry (cand.), having completed the seminars, and presently working on his dissertation project.
Gerald has a deep interest in missions, reading, spending time with his family and exploring God’s marvelous creation (especially the mountains).
May we continue to grow together in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ (2 Peter 3:18).
