COVID-19 Response

Updated July 24, 2020

As a Grace family, we have loved to connect and spend time in community, and we know this is a tough season for many of our loved friends/family.

It is not out of fear, but out of love for our church family and community that we adhere to the health authorities on matters of interaction and social distancing.  Because we care so deeply, we strive to maintain necessary precautions to ensure everyone’s well-being.

We will continuously be adjusting future plans as we re-evaluate the situation. so please check back for any updates on our website or follow us on Facebook/Instagram or email.

As restrictions relax, we prayerfully approach each phase, knowing God is with us, God will give us wisdom and guidance.  We ask you to pray with us.

Is the Church open?

  • We have regular office hours of Tuesday-Friday  from 9-3 pm.  While maintaining good hygiene and distancing guidelines, we would love to see you!  If you would like to drop something off, or pick up, please contact the office beforehand to make those arrangements.  We also ask that you not visit the office if you have any symptoms or illness.

  • Please contact us at 204-325-8884 or email

  • Our Church building is available for rentals, providing they meet the guidelines set for amounts, social distancing, etc.  Each rental request will be assessed by Church staff/leadership prior to acceptance.

Where can I see/listen to the Church service?

  • Join us LIVE on YouTube Sunday mornings at 10:45. A great way to feel a part of the Church is knowing others are watching this at the same time!

  • Check out to listen to audio, or see the latest YouTube stream.

  • We have re-opened our Church services!  For more detailed information, please check out In-Person Services found here.

How can I stay connected to Church?

  • As our provincial authority has given the go-ahead for groups of 50 people to gather inside, or 100 people outdoors, we hope you find the freedom in safely meeting together with Grace family, friends and neighbours.

  • To keep up-to-date with the current Church news, keep visiting and check out the bulletin, latest newsletter, find us online on Facebook, Instagram, & YouTube

  • Join one of the "Coffee Time with Staff" opportunities throughout the summer.  Every 1st Tuesday of the month at 10 am, and 3rd Tuesday at 7 pm, gather in the back parking lot with social distancing in place. Bring a lawn chair and have a great visit with Grace attendees.

  • Check our Social Media pages which are updated frequently.

  • Email or Phone each other!  Or “Snail mail” encouragement cards or letters to other people within the congregation, or missionaries we support.

What if I need Pastoral Care?

  • If you have pastoral care needs, please let us know at the office. For confidential prayer requests that will go directly to our Pastors and Soul Care Leader, please use

How do I give to the Church financially from home?

  • We encourage you to give electronically through PayPal or AccessCU, or drop off your donation at the office during regular hours.

  • To set up your AccessCU donation, contact the Church office.

How can I help?

  • There are opportunities for service within our community - Central Station needs volunteers for driving groceries to those in need, and many other opportunities.

  • Check in with those who are shut-in. Make a meal or cookies for someone who has been on your heart today.

  • Pray.  Ask God to reveal to you people who need encouragement, prayer, love, and help in this time.  Pray also for our Church leadership as they navigate decisions and re-opening phases.

In the meantime, we encourage you to follow the guidelines set out by our local health authority to help prevent the spread of COVID-19.  Wash your hands frequently, stay home if you can, keep your distance (6’) from those not in your household.  Stay away from those who are higher risk.  Always cover your mouth and nose with your elbow when you sneeze or cough.

Please pray with us for those who serve in health care and essential services, and for those personally affected by COVID-19.

Knowing God is Good and Sovereign, rest in Him and lean into Him for encouragement, wisdom and love.  He is still on His Throne.
